Independently of the chosen strand, it will we an unforgivable day for the participants.
The central objective is to foment team spirit, communication and interaction, in a scenario different than the usual working environment. The necessity of having a cohesive team, as well as the physical and psychological well-being of the workers are topics of growing global concern.

Workers will be encoraged to leave their comfort zone and prove their capacity of interaction and mutual help, through contact with inclusive and less conventional sports.

Additionally, awareness will be raised for the importance of social initiatives, through sports and the potential it has to create a positive impact in people in vulnerable situations.

Soft-skills and communication competences will be developed, contributing to the professional path and to the personal growth of the beneficiaries.

In a scale of 0 to 5, participants have classified as 4,79 the Team Building and Social Responsibility actions, in the sense that these actions have contributed for an improved environment in the company and improved relationship between workers.
