INCLUSIVE TEAM BUILDINGS
Social Innovation Sports’ Solidarity Team Buildings combine team strengthening with real social impact. Through the Community Activation Program, companies take part in revitalizing and energizing community spaces alongside local residents. The Team Activation Program promotes purposeful physical activities such as inclusive sports, beach and forest clean-ups, and other active citizenship experiences. These initiatives bring companies, employees, and communities closer together, strengthening bonds and creating transformative experiences.
CONSULTING AND TRAINING
Our Consulting and Training always begin with a diagnostic assessment of each organization’s needs. From there, we design tailored plans and content, which may include social responsibility, ESG, diversity, and inclusion. Our methodology blends awareness-building, hands-on training, and real-world application exercises. We also foster contact with best practices and innovative tools, inspiring teams to turn knowledge into action.
INCLUSIVE RECRUITMENT
We support the creation and implementation of inclusive recruitment processes for short- or long-term experiences, promoting the integration of migrants, refugees, and other underrepresented groups into the labor market. With a people-centered approach, we partner with companies to develop diversity, equity, and inclusion practices tailored to their realities.
