Welcome Sports Club
Welcome Sports Club is a co-financed financed under the National Program of the Fund for Asylum, Migration and Integration (FAMI), which proposes the use of sports as a tool for the integration of refugees - in particular unaccompanied minors - through their social/professional inclusion, integral development and intercultural dialogue.
Goals

Contribute to a better integration of refugees, empowering them through the promotion of their integral development and their active citizenship (ie civic, social, sporting skills), while simultaneously involving civil society;
​
Promote the professional inclusion in decent conditions of beneficiaries of working age, particularly the younger ones, including the dimensions of subordinate work and entrepreneurship;
​
Raise awareness of civil society in general to the problems of Refugees, sharing good practices and promoting a culture of acceptance and integration of this vulnerable population in Portugal and other countries.
